We understand how inconvenient and frustrating cancellations can be for both riders and drivers. That's why we have implemented a cancellation fee system to ensure that driver-partners are fairly compensated for the time they dedicate to a trip.
In which scenarios the cancellation fee will be imposed?
1. If the rider cancels their trip after the driver is assigned, then the cancellation fee of Rs. 50 will be imposed.
2. If the driver waits for 20 minutes or more it will be considered a no-show from the rider’s end, then the cancellation fee of Rs. 100 will be imposed
How can the rider clear the cancellation fee?
The cancellation fee for a cancelled trip would appear as a pending payment to be cleared before you book your next trip. While booking a new ride, we provide you with an option to add the pending payment to your current ride fare and continue with the booking experience.
What can the rider do if they were charged a cancellation fee unfairly?
If you feel that you have been charged a cancellation fee unfairly due to factors beyond your control like the driver cancelling the trip or if you’re unable to connect to the driver, you could raise a concern to our support team via email at email@example.com or call at +91 8346050505

Our driver-partners always arrive at your pickup location before the scheduled time. This makes for a more cost-efficient and reliable ride, and we'll charge you a nominal waiting fee of ₹3/min when they do so.
